JSW Energy Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of JSW Energy Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2020, has recommended declaration of dividend of Re.1 per Equity Share of Rs.10 (10%), on the paid-up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020, by the Members of the Company at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting.

The Dividend recommended as above, if declared by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 11, 2020.

Shares of JSW Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.40.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 391165 in over 3102 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43 and intraday low of 39.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16157069.
