A meeting of the Board of Directors of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020, to consider and approve Audited Stand-alone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / full year ended March 31, 2020, to consider recommending final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2019-20, and to consider granting of stock options to the eligible employees for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
