Orient Abrasives Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Orient Abrasives Ltd at their meeting held on May 18, 2020, through Video Conferencing, have recommended a dividend @15% i.e. Re. 0.15/- per Equity Shares face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
