BASF India Ltd Board to consider FY20 results & Dividend on May 22, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of BASF India Ltd will be held on May 22, 2020, to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
