Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd shuts down production facilities

In view of the outbreak of COVID-19 in India and in view of the lockdown announced by the Central Government & the Chhattisgarh State Government, the Company, as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the disease, has shut down all its production facilities and offices temporarily w.e.f. 25th March, 2020. The Company will resume operations once the situation improves and suitable directions are issued by the Central / State Government.

Shares of SARDA ENERGY & MINERALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.104.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4416 in over 223 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107 and intraday low of 98.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 461708.
