Inox Leasing and Finance Limited, promoter of GFL Ltd has purchased 56,352 equity shares of the company for a total consideration of Rs. 31,09,190.00 through market purchase on September 4, 2019.

With this purchase, the promoter entity has increased its stake from 5,77,15,310 equity shares (52.54%) to 5,77,71,662 equity shares (52.59%).
