Godrej Industries Limited, Promoter of Godrej Agrovet Ltd has acquired 9774 equity shares of the company through market purchase during the period August 19, 2019 to August 20, 2019. The shares were bought for a total consideration of Rs. 43,73,034.

With this acquisition, the promoter entity's stake in the company has increased from 111697959 equity shares or 58.16% to 111707733 equity shares or 58.17%.

Shares of Godrej Agrovet Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.433.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 437.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14247 in over 877 trades.
