L&T Technology Services Ltd allots 600 shares

L&T Technology Services Ltd has allotted, 600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each through Circular Resolution on July 3, 2019 to the grantee who had exercised his vested stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respects.
