Hulst B.V. increases stake in NIIT Technologies Ltd to 33.77%

Hulst B.V. has acquired 135,729 equity shares (with face value of INR 10 each) of NIIT Technologies Limited, on June 24, 2019. The shares were bought through open market purchase at a price of Rs. 1316.60 per share.

Hulst B.V. (Acquirer) along with PACs - The Baring Asia Private Equity Fund VII, L.P. (PAC 1), The Baring Asia Private Equity Fund VII, L.P.1 (PAC 2) and The Baring Asia Private Equity Fund VII, SCSp (PAC 3) hold 20,861,805 shares or 33.77% from their earlier holding of 20,726,076 shares or 33.55%.

Shares of NIIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1323.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1307.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26084 in over 302 trades.
