32,74,100 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each of Mcleod Russel India Limited held by Bishnauth Investments Limited have been invoked by Vistra ITCL (India) Ltd ['Trustee' for the Joint Lenders namely, 1) IL&FS Financial Services Ltd, 2) IL&FS Infrastructure Debt Fund and 3) Aditya Birla Finance Ltd] from 10th June 2019 to 11th June 2019.
