RBL Bank Ltd allots 72173 shares

RBL Bank has allotted 72,173 (Seventy Two Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Three) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on June 12, 2019 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 42,72,46,644 equity share of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,27,24,66,440 to 42,73,18,817 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,27,31,88,170.

Shares of RBL Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.640.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 660.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123195 in over 2589 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 657.7 and intraday low of 632.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 79128322.
