Wockhardt Hospitals IPO subscribed 0.02 times

The Initial Public Offering of Wockhardt Hospitals Limited which opened for subscription on January 31, 2008 has received subscription of 0.02 times till 5:00 PM on 04 Feb 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 25087097 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 225 to Rs 260 through 100% book building process.

The IPO has received total bids for 458120 equity shares against the offer of 25087097 shares. The issue has received bids for 399380 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received Nil subscription against the offer of 14752258 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received Nil subscription against the offer of 2458710 shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received subscription of 0.0621 times with bids for 457840 equity shares against the offer of 7376129 shares. The Employee Reservation has received bids for 280 shares against the offer of 500000 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0006 times.

The issue closes for subscription on February 5, 2008.
