Persistent Systems Limited updates on management changes

Effective April 1, 2019, Mr. Mark Simpson will head the Alliance Unit at Persistent Systems. Mark has been with Persistent since 2016 and has been in charge of Delivery Operations for the Alliance Unit.

Col. Jitendra Gokhale (Veteran), who is the head of the Alliance Unit, will take over as the Head of Accelerite Unit from Mr. Nara Rajagopalan.

Shares of PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.635.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 633.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3557 in over 301 trades.
