ICICI Bank allots 782,433 equity shares

ICICI Bank Limited has allotted 782,433 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on March 22, 2019 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The company has allotted 206,603 equity shares on November 29, 2018, 82,089 equity shares on December 17, 2018 and 118,908 equity shares on December 27, 2018 under ESOS, all these shares were already been listed on BSE and NSE.
