HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd allots 23,600 shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd vide its resolution passed on March 19, 2019 has allotted 23,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company having distinctive numbers from 2017357558 to 2017381157 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 20,173,811,570 consisting of 2,017,381,157 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Shares of HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.364.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 367.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 158369 in over 2718 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 369.95 and intraday low of 362.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 57913217.
