Visu International Board Meeting on Oct 13, 2006 to allot warrants

Visu International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2006, inter alia, to consider the Allotment of 40,00,000 convertible warrants equivalent to 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- in the share capital of the Company.
