Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd allots 316000 shares

Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd has allotted 3,16,000 (Three Lacs Sixteen Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on an issue price of Rs 23.75 per Share (including premium of Rs. 13.75) on preferential basis to Mr. Yogesh Kumar Gupta (1,58,000 shares), Mr. Abhishek Gupta (79,000 shares) and Ms. Mridula Gupta (79,000 shares).

The paid up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 2,97,03,000/— consisting of 29,70,300 equity shares of Rs: 10/- each to Rs. 3,28,63,000/- consisting of 32,86,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
