The Allotment Committee of the Company, 'Alfa Transformers Limited' in its meeting held on Saturday, March 02, 2019 has allotted 4,40,000 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to conversion of equivalent no. of Fully convertible warrants allotted by Company on September 04, 2017, at an issue price of Rs. 25.13/-.
