Omers Infrastructure Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd has acquired 82800000 shares of IndInfravit Trust through bulk deal in NSE today. The shares were bought at a price of Rs. 104.5 per share.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund sold 10000000 shares, L & T Transportation Infrastucture Ltd sold 2600000 shares, Larsen & Toubro Ltd sold 66200000 shares and YES Bank sold 2600000 shares. All the sellers had sold their shares at Rs. 104.5 per share.
