HDFC Bank allots 1468413 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 1468413 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5440958718 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5443895544 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2106.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2084.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66263 in over 1741 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2110 and intraday low of 2081.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 138951421.
