IT People Board Meeting on Oct 12, 2006 to approve follow-on public issue

IT People India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 12, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2006.

2. To approve the Audited Financial Result for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2006.

3. Proposal to issue of further equity shares by way of public issue.
