Lupin Ltd allots 139150 shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on December 18, 2018 has allotted 139150 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 90,48,10,752 consisting 45,24,05,376 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.847 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 842.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77268 in over 1537 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 855 and intraday low of 840.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 65587224.
