The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated 15 December 2018, has approved the allotment of 29,854 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employee of the Company pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under FLFL Employee Stock Option Plan (FLFL ESOP-2015).
