HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd allots 326,700 shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd vide its resolution passed on December 14, 2018 has allotted 326,700 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company having distinctive numbers from 2016929998 to 2017256697 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 20,172,566,970 consisting of 2,01,72,56,697 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Shares of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.393.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 387.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 181015 in over 754 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 394.6 and intraday low of 386.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 71015489.
