Genesys International Corporation Ltd allots 94300 shares

The Compensation Committee of Genesys International Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on December 07, 2018 has approved the allotment of 94,300 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees of the company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme - 2010.

Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs.15,53,55,560/- divided into 3,10,71,112 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
