PNB Housing Finance Ltd allots 850 shares

PNB Housing Finance Ltd has, on December 4, 2018 allotted 850 equity shares of face value ofRs. 10 each bearing distinctive numbers from 167464667 to 167465516 (both numbers inclusive) under ESOP scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 167,46,55,160 consisting of 16,74,65,516 equity shares ofRs. 10 each.
