Bhartiya International Ltd allots 1813 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Bhartiya International Limited had allotted 1813 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 to the employees, who had exercised the option at an exercise price of Rs. 50/- in the meeting held on 1st December 2018. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
