INOX Leisure Ltd approves issue of 64 lakh shares at Rs. 250 each

Subsequent to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of INOX Leisure Ltd at its meeting held on 1st November, 2018 and approval by the shareholders for a Preferential Allotment at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on Thursday, 29th November 2018, the ILL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations of the Company ('Committee') at its meeting held today approved the issuance of 64,00,000 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 250 each, aggregating to Rs. 160 crores (Rupees One Hundred and Sixty Crores) to Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, the Promoter of the Company.

The Meeting commenced at 6:00 p.m. IST and concluded at 6:30 p.m. IST.

Shares of INOX LEISURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.212.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 213.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5199 in over 128 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 217.35 and intraday low of 211.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1108427.
