Binani Cement Ltd becomes wholly ownedy subsidiary of UltraTech Cement Limited

In terms of UltraTech Cement Limited's Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the Board of Binani Cement Limited (BCL) has been re-constituted and BCL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 20th November, 2018.

BCL has a capacity of 6.25 MTPA in the State of Rajasthan comprising an integrated cement unit with capacity of 4.85 MTPA and a split grinding unit with capacity of 1.4 MTPA. In addition, BCL has investments in subsidiaries in China and UAE.

Shares of ULTRATECH CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3945 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3907.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10361 in over 1145 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3977 and intraday low of 3910.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40888953.
