Thermax - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Thermax Ltd has announced that the date of hearing of the petition filed for scheme of amalgamation by the transferor companies (i.e. Thermax Co-gen Ltd, Thermax Electronics Ltd & Winman Gas Ltd (Wholly owned subsidiaries)) with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has been fixed on November 10, 2006.
