AXIS Bank allots 11200 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 11,200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 22.10.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,87,12,602 (256,93,56,301 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,87,35,002 (256,93,67,501 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
