Mindtree Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3 for 2018-19

The Board of Directors of Mindtree Ltd at its meeting held on October 17, 2018, have declared an interim dividend of 30% (Rs.3/- per equity share of par value Rs.10/- each). The record date for payment of this interim dividend will be October 26, 2018.
