Liverpool Victoria to deploy 3i Infotech's PREMIA

3i Infotech Ltd on October 04, 2006, has announced that UK based Liverpool Victoria will deploy its best-of-breed PREMIA General Insurance solution. PREMIA will provide a single platform to Liverpool Victoria for customer management, underwriting, claims, reinsurance and financial accounting processes through seamlessly integrated modules.

PREMIA supports multiple lines of insurance business such as Motor, Fire, Marine, Home, Commercial etc. with unified distribution across multiple channels including Direct, Internet and Broker. PREMIA’s design allows for a high level of configuration which removes costly customization and facilitates rapid implementation. These core requirements of the UK Insurance market coupled with intense competition and fast changing distribution channels necessitates insurers to respond with flexible technology quickly.
