Future Capital Holdings Ltd IPO hits markets

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Future Capital Holdings Ltd opened for subscription on Friday - January 11, 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 6422800 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 700 to Rs 765 through 100% Book Building process.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Enam Securities Private Limited, JM Financial Consultants Private Limited, and UBS Securities India Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.

Kotak Securities Limited, Enam Securities Private Limited, and JM Financial Services Private Limited are the Syndicate Members to the issue.

Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd is the Registrar to the issue.

The IPO closes for subscription on January 16, 2008.
