Computerskill to be referred to BIFR as networth erodes

Computerskill Ltd has announced that in view of the erosion of the net worth of the company as at March 31, 2006, the company has become a sick industrial company as per the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985. Accordingly the members, of the company at the 18 Annual General Meeting of the company held on September 30, 2006, have passed a resolution to make a reference to BIFR under The SICA, 1985.
