Sterlite Technologies Ltd allots 646251 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on September 21, 2018, has allotted 646,251 equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.

The aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Post allotment the Share Capital of the Company has increased from 401,601,674 to 402,247,925 shares.

Shares of STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.325.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 340.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 217207 in over 4393 trades.
