Uniroyal Textile Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has fixed October 27, 2006 as a Record Date for the purpose of Issuing Shares to the Shareholders of Transferor Companies viz., Sidhartha Textile Mills Ltd & Uniroyal Pharmaceuticals Ltd, in terms of Scheme of Amalgamation.
