Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd allots 30 FCCBs

The meeting of the Securities Issue and Allotment Committee (the 'Committee') of Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd was held today i.e. September 14, 2018 and, the Committee has approved and allotted 30 (thirty) foreign currency convertible bonds ('FCCBs') having a par value of USD 500,000 each, to International Finance Corporation ('IFC'), for an aggregate amount of USD 15 million.
