Malabar India Fund Limited raises stake in Newgen Software Technologies Ltd to 6.24%

Post the above purchase, the fund's stake in the company has increased to 4,316,887 equity shares or 6.24%.

Shares of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.238.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 240.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2505 and the deliverable quantity was 1250.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 241 and intraday low of 237.70. The market capitalization of the company at BSE as of today was Rs. 1649.19 crore.
