ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd allots 6000 shares

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 6,000 (Six Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on September 11, 2018 to the Employee of the Company who had exercised his Options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2005.

The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
