Jhunjhunwala Vanaspati approves Rs.1.25 dividend

Jhunjhunwala Vanaspati Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended the dividend @ Rs 1.25 per share on the fully paid up equity shares of the Company for the year ending on March 31, 2006.

Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from the Stock Exchanges of Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ahmedabad and Jaipur at one time or from time to time.
