HEG allots 679240 shares on Conversion of FCCBs

HEG Ltd has announced that out of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due in 2010 amounting to US$ 28.75 million issued by Company in July, 2005, the Share Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2008 has allotted 679240 Equity Shares upon conversion of 300 FCCBs amounting to US$ 3.00 Million at a conversion price of Rs 192.06 per share. Post allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 43,51,42,150/- from Rs 42,83,49,750/-.
