Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that the Name of the Company has been changed to "MARG LTD" with effect from December 17, 2007. The Company has received the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Change of Name on January 02, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.582.20, up by Rs.8.15 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.595 and low of Rs.566.
