Radico Khaitan AGM approves 25% dividend

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Equity Dividend @ 25% on Equity shares of Rs 2/-each fully paid up i.e. Rs 0.50p per fully paid Equity share, for the year ended March 31, 2006.
