Dil AGM approves 25% dividend

Dil Ltd has announced that the members at the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (25%) on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
