AXIS Bank allots 39570 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 39,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 23.07.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,59,01,972 (256,79,50,986 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,59,81,112 (256,79,90,556 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.539 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 534.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 209083 in over 2566 trades.
