Talbros Automotive equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High court of Punjab & Haryana, the separate meetings of the equity shareholders & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, XO Infotech Ltd & XO Stampings Ltd and their respective shareholders & creditors.
