NIIT Ltd allots 115,864 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Ltd has allotted 115,864 (One lakh fifteen thousand eight hundred and sixty four only) Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each in accordance with terms of ESOP-2005.
