Electrosteel Castings Ltd board to consider preferential issue on July 12, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Electrosteel Castings Ltd will be held on 12 July 2018, to consider the proposal for raising of funds by issuance of Equity Shares of the Company on preferential basis.
