Ruchi Soya allots 35325000 warrants

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2007, has allotted 3,53,25,000 warrants on preferential basis to promoter group and other, in accordance with the approval of shareholders of the Company. Each warrant in convertible into one equity share of Rs 2/- of the Company.
